I've seen most of the US, some of Europe, and some of the former USSR.
The USSR constitution guaranteed all sorts of rights etc. But, that Constitution wasn't enforced.
It seems the one in the USA isn't either. There is no one to complain to or that will do an investigation when your rights are violated.
The US Constitution should be filed with Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, and other fairy stories told to children.
